Welcome to the Erie Highlands Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 2 website! The Districts are a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado governed by member elected Boards of Directors.

We have put our District information online to provide convenient online services and information sharing. On our site you'll find Board meeting schedules, agendas and minutes, news and announcements, financial information, and important documents and forms.

We are very excited about offering online services and consider this to be a valuable amenity for the community.

Erie Highlands Metropolitan District #1 Director

There is one vacancy on the District No. 1 Board of Directors.  If you are interested in being considered by the Board for appointment to the vacancy, and are a registered voter within District No. 1, please email a statement of interest to David Solin at dsolin@sdmsi.com.

Pool and Landscape Committees (District #1 or #2 - one position on each committee)

There is one opening for a resident of either District to serve on the Pool Committee and one opening for a resident of either District to serve on the Landscape Committee.  If you would like to be considered by the Boards for appointment to either position, please email a statement of interest to David Solin at dsolin@sdmsi.com.

The following process is in place for matters of an emergent nature, which is defined as matters that are urgent and require prompt attention which cannot wait until regular business hours. Matters of an emergent nature do NOT include emergencies which should be directed to the appropriate emergency personnel by contacting 9-1-1, or matters which can wait until regular business hours, which should be addressed via any of the methods available on the "Contact Us" page:

Erie Highlands - Pool and Clubhouse Rules and Acknowledgement Form

We’re excited to announce that the community pool will officially open for the season this Friday (5/23/2025)!

As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we’ve updated the pool rules this year. All homeowners will be required to read, sign, and return the new pool rules document before using the facility.

The updated rules were sent via email and are made available below for your convenience. Hard copies can also be requested from thunsaker@sdmsi.com, if needed.

Please return the signed document by email (along with a photo of the front and back of the card(s) currently in your possession) or drop it off to Travis Hunsaker at the clubhouse. Replacement cards are available for $50.  Below is the schedule of when we will be onsite. Please be advised that any cards not registered by June 2nd at 3:00 p.m. will be disabled, until forms have been submitted.

We will be onsite in the clubhouse to provide assistance or answer any questions or to drop off your forms on:
- Wednesday May 21st from 9am to 1pm
- Thursday May 22nd from 12pm to 5pm 
- Friday May 23rd from 9am to 12pm
- Every other Thursday starting on Thursday, May 29th from 9am to 1pm
